Well...here's another post by me...
It's October 12th...guess what, it's our 7th wedding anniversary...
Hmmm how time flies...it's been seven years already...but I must say that it has seven wonderful years for me...I have a beautiful, understanding wife by my side...my two daughters have grown up...
Life has been wonderful...
It's not that we have no plans or anything else...but we are glad that we both have made it this far...staying true beside each other...good times and bad times...we started our day with a prayer...hoping that our marriage will last till our last breath...Amin to that...
Not wanting to celebrate much, me and Ina agreed to have a small celebration to mark our 7th anniversary...what else...we took the girls to Pizza Hut...
They get to have something they liked...me and Ina get to celebrate our anniversary...in the end, we all got what we wanted...

Aquaria
Right after my graduation, we went to our next destination as planned...Aquaria...
It's been a long time since I last came here...I think it was 2 years ago...Hanim and Alyssa always asked about this place every time we watched videos and photos in our collection...so me and Ina decided to take them to Aquaria...then maybe we'll wait for another 3 years or so hehe...
We arrived there at around 3 pm...I parked just outside the compound of Mandarin Hotel...it's the nearest park to Aquaria I think...
I bought the tickets at the counter...it costs RM 32 for adults and RM 16 for children...the girls are happy to be there...

~Err...what has butterflies got to do with the word Aqua?~

One of the attraction for me here is the Kelah...I've always been intrigued by its beauty...I've tried keeping them in my aquarium for so many times but they will die within a few days...sad sad sad...hmmm wonder what I did wrong...

Then we arrived at the tunnel...this is the girls became very excited...how they loved watching the fishes swimming around above their heads...

After that, we took the time to do some shopping at KLCC...I took these two pics while waiting for Ina...doing what else...shopping laa...

It's been a long and exhausting day...my feet aches...doing all those walking...
After that we made our separate ways...Mak and Ayah went back to Kuala Lipis and we made our way home...
A good day for the girls...as long as they're happy, then it's worth it...

All in all, the place is still the same as before...same design, same fishes...only the fishes have grown up bigger...there are some minor additions but not significant ones...
Alyssa asked me if there are are whales on display...she's kinda sad when I said no...maybe one day I can take the girls to Australia hehe...

Convo...
Two weeks ago, on Saturday Oct 10th, is my convocation day.
After two years, I finally got my diploma from UTM...hehe...I made it with two of my friends Pian and Zool...
Well it's quite hard juggling life and studies...studying part time, to me, demands a lot...
The convocation was held at the Putra World Trade Centre...I'm required to be there at 7 am for registration bla bla bla...
After registration, everyone is required to go up to level 5 for briefing...now this is when everyone was made to wait...hmmm I had to wait for about one hour before we all lined up and make our way into the hall...luckily everyone is in a good mood so I chatted around with the others...
~Everyone waiting~

It finally ends at around 12 pm...I took some pics before making our way out for our lunch...hmm a simple day to remember...now it's time for my degree next year...InsyaAllah...

Raya Open House 2009.
Last Saturday, the residents of Lorong 9 (my neighbourhood) held a Open House event...it was planned as a small event to further strengthen our spirit of friendship...
The day before, Mak and Ayah arrived from Kuala Lipis with some lemang they've made earlier...Ina ordered some lemamng for the event and Ayah happily obliged...hey it's Raya Open House rite...what is Raya without lemang (well, it depends on which part of the country you're from)...
Ina baked some chocolate cake and 'kek masam manis' too...Ayah cooked his famous rendang daging for the event which proved to be quite popular...
~Kek masam manis~
~Mak helping out with the preparations~

~The girls joined in the fun~
~Some of the food...early batch~

~Hampers for our lucky draw event~

At the end of the day, we had our lucky draw event...everyone took turn drawing their number...my friend Duan gets the honour to give away the hampers...

~Some of the food...early batch~ At around 1 pm, people started coming in...it peaked at around 3 pm...everyone seemed to enjoy each other's company...we took turn entertaining our guests while at the same time ensuring that everything is in order...
Our guests came in and had a good time...it's not everyday that all of us get the chance to meet everyone like this...some old friends came and we chat about old times...it feels good to be with friends...
