Having Fun At The Playground.

Yesterday, I took the girls to the playground at Taman Gelora. I used to bring them there to have fun...playing, running, laughing...you know, having fun...
It's been quite some time since I last took them there.

The playground is quite big with a lot of things to play with. Located near the sea, it's good to breathe the somewhat fresh salty air.

The girls love to play there.

Sliding down the slide...

~Wooshh...down the slide she goes~

Practice balancing their body...

Ina loves to push them on the swing...

Climbing around on the structures...

I guess the girls had fun. I plan to bring them here again, sometime...
Like I always say...as long as they're happy...then me and Ina are happy too...

An Evening With The Dinosaurs.

It's the school holidays. Hanim has been asking me about plans that I have for us during this holidays. Well, I had a few...

So, the other day, we went to the Dino Trek exhibition at the Yayasan Kuantan building. It's a dinosaur show organized by Petrosains to create awareness...for children especially...

The ticket costs RM 14 for a family package. The package is for 2 adults and 2 children. Just nice for me...

The show room is quite small. You can finish walking around, seeing everything, doing everything in less than 30 mins.

~A pic of my girls at the entrance~

There are interactive activities for the kids. The dinosaurs are all animated, moving their heads and feet. Sounds coming out.

Well that's the problem. When Alyssa sees the T-Rex moving and staring at her...add the sound coming out...she screams at the top of her lungs. Then, she refused to walk. So, I and Ina had to take turn carrying her. Oh well, what to do. Lucky Hanim is okay...

~Look at Alyssa...she's scared~

Hanim and Alyssa took the time to play with electronic puzzle provided. The kids need to match bones with the dinosaur pic selected.
Hanim has always been good at puzzles. She used to play on her PC.

There are two robotic dinos which moved. It's kinda realistic with it's head turning and eyes blinking and all. This is what's scaring Alyssa. It's the T-Rex and Spinosaurus. The thing is about 7 foot tall each. Enough to scare little kids.

There's a dug out where kids can play, pretending to be archaeologists.

~Alyssa with a card of T-Rex...the only T-Rex she's not scared of~

We went home after that. Hanim said that she had a great time. Good...me and Ina also had a good time with the kids. Priceless...........

Friend's Wedding.

End of last week we went to Jengka 3 for a friend's wedding. Her name is Linda and she's a friend of Ina's from her school days.

We started out at around 10 am and reached there at around 12 pm...just in time for lunch hehehe...

Well, I didn't do much there. Ina and the girls went inside the house to meet Linda...talking...catching up on old times...taking pictures...

Another one of Ina's closest friend arrived not long after. So, I have someone to chat with...

Anyways, some of the pics taken that day...

After that, we had our 'lunch'. The food is good.
