Maulud Nabi.

Last week, coinciding with the Maulud Nabi, Sekolah Agama Rakyat Beserah held a program for their students. Hanim got involved.

It's a simple program where the kids march around their school area, holding banners while reciting the 'selawat'.

Parents are invited too....

So Hanim got up early that morning. Putting on her 'baju kurung' and 'tudung'.

At 7.30 morning, the kids, teachers and parents gather around the Beserah mosque. Banners were held and then everyone started their march around the school area.

To me, this is a good program. The kids get to learn and understand the importance of that particular date and day. Good experience for Hanim too...

The program ends at around 11.30 morning. Food and beverage provided...
